Created by Caroline Aaron, MSW, LICSW, a licensed therapist and the creator of Peppie & Bean Therapy Tools, this 82-page journal includes 30 undated entries for adults. Each entry pairs a short lesson and everyday example with reflection prompts. Use the entries in order or begin with the linked “What do I need today?” page chooser.

Explore naming feelings, making room during overwhelm, responding to self-criticism, communicating needs, and practicing a pause. A completed fictional entry shows one way to begin. Every entry includes a 60-second option, with a separate page for difficult minutes, checkpoints after entries 10 and 20, and a personal response plan you can revisit.

The page designs themselves are not editable templates.
